Children’s’ ministries during Sunday morning worship

Cradle – children under age 2 can be cared for by the cradle helpers as a ministry to parents during the worship service.

Children's Church – CBC's childrens' church is designed to familiarize kids in grades K-5 with important Bible stories in order to increase their biblical literacy and help them develop an understanding of Christian living. Curriculum is written by a member of CBC and is specifically tailored to the needs of the children therein. Weekly, forty-five minute lessons include Bible stories, singing, and crafts and are taught by church volunteers.

Wednesday Night Prayer In The Parsonage – Wednesday at 7:15PM

It has been called the most important meeting of the church. Each week we set this time aside to pray together for each other and the ministries at CBC. Prayer groups are held in the parsonage and regionally in people’s homes. Check the bulletin for current host homes and locations.

Saturday Morning Men’s Prayer – Saturday at 8:00AM

Each week men gather for this time seeking to encourage one another through prayer, fellowship and of course, bagels and coffee.

Junior High Youth Group (grades 6-8)

The junior high youth group serves students entering 6th grade thru 8th grade. Through developing relationships with students and their families, we aim to provide a welcoming environment where students can begin and develop a relationship with Christ. Weekly meetings include engaging Bible studies and fellowship and are supplemented with service projects and activities throughout the year.

Senior High Youth Group (grades 9-12)

Our youth group exists to equip young men and women with a knowledge of the Bible that is living and practical. Through committed, loving leaders we seek to shape character as well as conduct. And through Bible studies, retreats, and outreach these students learn how to make a positive impact on the world around them for good and for the gospel as they prepare to go from high school to college and/or the work force.
